TIC®800K-A1 Series this series is a high-performance and high-cost-utilization thermal interface material. lts unique grain directionality and plate structure allow it to be precisely consistent with the surface, and it’s thermal conversion effect is amplified. At a temperature 50C higher than its transition temperature,the TlC series begins a softening phase transition, which can fill the tiny irregular contact surfaces of the device,forming an interface with a small contact thermal resistance and achieving a good heat dissipation effect.
