In the name of technology, we made the appointment with Jiangfu - ZIITEK Electronics' three-day team-building trip in Jiangmen and Foshan has come to a successful conclusion.

To enrich the cultural life of employees and enhance team cohesion and collaboration, in November 2025, Dongguan ZIITEK organized all its staff to embark on a three-day in-depth team-building trip to Jiangmen and Foshan, with the theme of "In the Name of Technology, Making an Appointment with Jiangmen-Foshan". This was not only a relaxation for the body and mind, but also a test of team cohesion and combat effectiveness.

Departure: Camp opening ice-breaking, joining hands to set off

In the early morning, all members of ZIITEK were full of energy and gathered to set off. On the bus, there was continuous laughter and joy, filled with anticipation for the journey. The "opening camp ice-breaking" activity after arriving at the destination quickly ignited the atmosphere. Through a series of carefully designed interactive games, colleagues broke down departmental barriers and enhanced mutual understanding and trust. In the midst of laughter and joy, the team set off towards Jiangmen and Foshan, looking forward to experiencing the warm winter sunshine and profound humanistic culture of Lingnan.

Professional outdoor training: "Wind and Fire Wheel", "Thunderstorm Water Extraction", "Power Rope Loop" were successively presented.
In the "Wind and Fire Wheel", each team transformed into a closely-knit "Xunke Micro-Group", using limited newspapers and tape to build the "tracks" for their advance. With slogans ringing out and steps marching in unison, what was being tested was the meticulousness of coordination and execution, just as we are meticulous in the manufacturing of our products.

2. The water collection in the thunderstorm simulation is even more thrilling. The team members need to navigate through the simulated "thunderstorm area" without touching the obstacles, relying solely on their teamwork and mutual support to obtain the water source in the center of the area. This simulates the unknowns and challenges encountered in market expansion. The team members need to rely on their team's wisdom and trust to find safe paths within the rules. Every successful collaborative water collection is an interpretation of "ZIITEK's all staff sharing the same heart and going together".

3. The power rope circle gathers the strength of all participants into one point. That taut rope circle is the solid foundation of ZIITEK; that synchronized movement is the resonant heartbeat of us all. At this moment, the team is no longer just an abstract concept, but a tangible and powerful energy.

In the evening, the team checked into Guodu Hot Spring Bamboo Garden Yunju. During the dinner, General Liao's speech was full of deep emotion. He once again emphasized the core spirit of this journey and encouraged everyone to bring the harmony and passion they experienced during the trip back to their work, jointly creating a more brilliant future for ZIITEK. He also expressed great expectations for the company's future development.

Exploration: Absorbing all the beautiful landscapes of Lingnan and accumulating cultural heritage.

The next day, the team delved into the Lingnan culture. In Jiangmen, they visited the filming location of the popular TV series "Wild Growth", experiencing the local customs during the era of change. Strolling along the historically rich San Sanxi Street, they searched for traces of time in the old streets and old shops. In the afternoon, they headed to Foshan and watched a thrilling performance at the "Eternal Love Theatre", traveling through thousands of years to appreciate the unique charm of Lingnan culture.

Return Journey: Unite our strengths and forge ahead together

The group photo taken before Chek Kang marks the joy and unity of the ZIITEK people at this moment. The three-day journey has come to a successful conclusion. From the tranquility of Guadou Hot Spring, to the hustle and bustle of San Sanxi Street, and to the sweat and shouts on the expansion field, every frame is deeply engraved in our memories. This "Jiang-Fo Encounter" not only brought us beautiful scenery and laughter, but also enabled us to complete a deep team melting.
